Elizabeth worked for The Clarity Group in 2004 as a Consultant on a contract basis. When an opportunity arose to work as a HR Manager within a medium sized business she accepted this new challenge as it complemented her previous experience in Human Resource capacities. She re-joined our team in 2006 on a permanent basis.

Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Human Resources and Recruitment to the team at The Clarity Group. She has worked in a number of businesses ranging in size and industry which has enabled her to develop her expertise across HR policy and procedures; performance management; equal employment opportunity regulations; and staff training and development. Elizabeth is committed to the idea of maximizing individuals’ job satisfaction and performance to achieve career goals while improving business productivity. She also thrives on working with business managers to ensure they select the right people for their organisation.

Elizabeth is a Registered Psychologist and has been a member of the Australian Psychological Society for the past 16 years. She values her own professional development having completed a range of accreditation courses to further enrich the expertise she can offer clients. This includes an advanced Myers Briggs Type Inventory accreditation, Managing Personal Growth Trainer certification and Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment. In addition to her depth of experience and education, Elizabeth has a professional and client focused approach which, together, works well to support her clients in securing high calibre candidates and implementing robust HR processes.
