Gail joined The Clarity Group in 2007 as our Accounts Manager. She adds tremendous value to our team as she is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with experience gained from working in an accounting capacity for large organisations such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers and CALA Plc in the UK. In addition to this she has also worked in small owner managed businesses where she has been able to implement well defined processes whilst also retaining full responsibility for the financial side of the business. Her experience is diverse and ranges from financial management, through to bookkeeping, profit forecasting and reporting, cash control and tax compliance.

Gail manages the accounts side of The Clarity Group. She is therefore responsible for dealing with our temporary candidates to ensure they are paid accurately and on time and assisting with any queries they may have. Gail is also the best contact for our clients when they have queries regarding the fees associated with our Temporary or Permanent Recruitment and HR Consulting services.

Gail has a lovely, down to earth and friendly manner. She is approachable, efficient and able to work with clients and temps to ensure their queries are adequately explained and understood.
