As with the rest of our team, Greg also brings a background in Human Resources to The Clarity Group. He has worked in HR related capacities within the hospitality and telecommunications industries where his responsibilities have included recruitment; performance management; induction; and OH&S.

From a recruitment perspective Greg has been involved in recruiting staff on a National basis which provided many challenges given the differing economic and employment climates around the country. He has therefore worked with a tight labour market for many years and has a knack for finding quality staff regardless of the shortage. Greg’s career to date has also provided him with the opportunity to work on many successful projects from a HR perspective. These have included attraction and retention strategies; audits of HR processes; the implementation of performance management processes and the development of recognition programs. 

To complement his hands on experience in HR, Greg has completed a Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Human Resources. He is an active member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and is committed to keeping up to date with the latest developments & changes in the HR profession through reading professional journals and attending various industry events. He is also currently completing his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Prior to working in HR Greg worked as a professional Chef. Having successfully transitioned into a new career Greg adds value to employers when identifying candidate who have relevant and transferable skills.
