As the Director of The Clarity Group, Melissa brings first hand experience, along with qualifications in Organisational Psychology to the work she does with the Management or Human Resource teams of the businesses she supports. Early on in her career she worked for JB Were & Son before moving onto Ernst & Young. Here she gained experience across a range of Human Resource functions including training and development; staff development; performance management and recruitment. She has also worked within a boutique Recruitment consultancy where she was involved in providing recruitment services to both SME’s and large corporate firms; and the provision of career coaching services to members of the general public.
Melissa has completed a Masters of Organisational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in psychology. She is a certified Career Coach and a qualified Trainer and Assessor. Melissa is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Career Development Association of Australia. She regularly writes articles for the DEWR and other career related journals and websites.
